1. Processing Time
All Arvo jackets are handmade. Processing time is 2-4 business days after order confirmation.
Custom / made-to-measure orders take 5-7 business days to craft before shipping.
2. Shipping Time & Charges
For USA, UK, Canada & Australia:
- Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days - Free over $200 / $15 below $200
- Express Shipping: 4-6 business days - $30
For International:
- Standard: 10-15 business days - $25
- Express: 5-8 business days - $40
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime on our website.
4. Customs Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. Arvo is not responsible for any customs delays.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to wrong address, reshipping charges will apply.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, contact us at arvojackets@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to locate your package.
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will reship or issue a full refund.
7. Damaged During Transit
If your jacket arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
