Custom and made-to-measure jackets are priced individually. A quote request is free and does not create an order. A custom order is confirmed only after you approve the quote, the final design and measurements.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within our standard processing timeframes. Delivery times may vary based on your location. Arvo Jacket is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
